Kamper "Night Off" 3rd Term

It was a Kamper "Night Off" tonight in Kamp. They "took the night off" and rode ziplines, played in the party barn, roller bladed, etc. Some Kampers relaxed by getting fresh chocolate chip cookies and milkshakes ... It sure was a great night!

Today we had Joe White visit Kamp and give the I'm 3rd talk. The kiddos learn how God is always 1st, others are 2nd, and we are 3rd - we are called to serve others. One of Kanakuk's own Kampers, Johnny Ferrier, was a living example of the I'm 3rd lifestyle. Each term Joe, tells of how Johnny lived an I'm 3rd life. Here's the talk in it's entirety.

Opening Flag: 3rd Term

Track and Swim Meet Highlights Term 2

Today, both the boys and the girls participated in one of K-1's long standing, competitive traditions - the track and swim meets. The fellas took to the track and ran, jumped, and threw their way to tribal victory, while the girls attacked the pool and racked up crucial points at the end of the term for their tribe.
